-Baking class II-

I had a wonderful time with Jiayi at the baking class yesterday. Unknown to us, there is actually sampling of food after the class. The chocolate cabbage cake is tedious to do and *sorry to say* not exactly that fantastic. My all time favourites have to be the American carrot cake (ooh I love the cream cheese frosting!) and the New York cheesecake. These 2 are definitely the recipes I'll be trying out in the Sep hols.

And I guess I'm in a baking mood cos am going over to ming's house now to bake cookies and I've signed up for another baking class-snowskin mooncakes! Wow...goodies galore! =)
